*Requirements and skills*

1. Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field

2. Proven experience in AI training, machine learning algorithms, and model optimization

3. Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Java

4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

5. Familiarity with AI ethics and the implications of data privacy and security in training
