**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Procurement**:
- Manage the procurement process for primary and secondary packing materials, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast material requirements to prevent shortages or excesses.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
- **Production Planning**:
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure alignment between supply and production requirements.
- **Inventory Control**:
- Oversee inventory, including stock levels, storage conditions, and expiration tracking.
- Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, inventory levels, and production schedules.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required by management and regulatory bodies.
- **Continuous Improvement**:
- Coordinate opportunities for process improvements in procurement, planning, and inventory management.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree any filed, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a purchase or PPIC role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of primary and secondary packing materials and processes.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience with supplier management.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical packaging and inventory.
