**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- **Develop and create a wide range of graphic materials including logos, brochures, flyers, banners, and social media graphics.**:

- **Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality visual content for campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.**:

- **Maintain and develop the company’s brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design projects.**:

- **T-Shirt Design**:

- **Design original and creative T-shirt graphics that appeal to our target audience.**:

- **Work with the product development team to ensure designs are feasible for production.**:

- **Stay updated with the latest trends in T-shirt and apparel design.**:

- **Other Responsibilities**:

- **Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.**:

- **Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.**:

- **Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.**

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.**:

- **Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio of completed design projects.**:

- **Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).**:

- **Experience in T-shirt design and a good understanding of the printing process.**:

- **Strong eye for detail and a creative flair.**:

- **Excellent communication and teamwork skills.**:

- **Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Experience with web design and familiarity with HTML/CSS.**:

- **Knowledge of UI/UX principles.**:

- **Experience in creating animations or motion graphics.**
