Provide functional and technical expertise to analyze, plan and design SAP solutions.
- Engage with business stakeholders to identify and define high level business requirements.
- Lead project teams in driving and delivering SAP solutions.
- Partner with business process owners to elicit and document functional requirements.
- Partner with business process owners and other technology groups to create foundational artifacts (testing scripts, process documentation, training, etc.).
- Collaborate with AMS service providers to ensure best practices are used to configure and develop SAP solutions.
- Support business teams in all testing activities.
- Engage in incident resolution and data recovery.
- Work with business process owners to install discipline in master data management.
- Participate in Incident Root Cause Analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Assist business teams with user acceptance testing requirements for existing and new SAP systems and modules.
- Manage SLAs and KPIs with AMS.
- Project Management as needed, participate as SME in projects as assigned.

Pay: From ₹2,093,047.77 per year
