**What will you be doing**:
- Interpretation of AML and KYC standards, guidelines, policies and procedures
- Perform ongoing formal testing of completed work cases to ensure controls/standards are met
- Review the quality of completed work cases to predefined test scripts which are based on quality testing standards
- Ensure testing is completed within the agreed timelines with the highest quality standards
- Question and investigate the reliability and integrity of data, the validity of conclusions and the appropriateness of assumptions made (where appropriate).
- Identify key issues, risks, trends, and observations and provide reporting of results to key stakeholders
- Present findings via formalized feedback loop process, track and monitor corrections to identified critical defects (LOB)
- Effectively communicate with key points of contact to ensure the fluid sharing of information and feedback across the pertinent team
- Graduate to become SME in the process and manage day-to-day questions / Queries
- Drive Process improvements and other initiatives like Opportunities for Automation etcAdhere and update all mandatory policies and manuals declared by firm
- Experience with Fin-techs / Financial institutions a must
- 2+ years of experience in QA/SME roles Relevant experience in AML/KYC/ Fraud in Fin-techs a must
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate positively, effectively, and efficiently with members of various internal teams
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgmentAML Certification - IIBF, V skill, CAMS, CFE, ICA (desirable)
