**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Postgraduate degree (M.A.) in English and B.Ed. from a recognized university (mandatory as per CBSE norms).
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience teaching English at the senior secondary level in a CBSE-affiliated school.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the CBSE assessment structure and board exam pattern.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with NEP 2020 teaching methodologies and blended learning.
- Proficiency in using digital tools like Google Classroom, MS Teams, smart boards, etc.
- Ability to mentor students for English Olympiads, debates, elocution, and other literary activities.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
