We’re expanding our creative team and looking for a **Junior Graphic Designer** who can support our visual communication, digital marketing, and brand design needs.

**Role Overview**

As a Junior Graphic Designer, supporting marketing team’s creative initiatives in creating visually appealing and consistent content across all platforms.
Your role will include **designing digital creatives, social media posts, basic video edits, and layout designs** that align with the EEZ Align brand identity.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Creating digital graphics for social media, website, and campaigns.
- Developing visual concepts and layouts.
- Perform basic photo and video editing.
- Design posters, infographics, and digital ad creatives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
- Prepare design files and assets for publishing or print when required.
- Work collaboratively with internal team to meet creative deadlines.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred).
- 0-1 year of experience in graphic design or internships in a similar role.
- Basic proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro**, or similar tools.
- Understanding of **design principles**, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Familiarity with **social media design trends and formats** (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Keen attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow direction and work in a fast-paced creative environment.

**Bonus Skills (Good to Have)**
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation.
- Understanding of UI design principles.
- Experience with healthcare, fitness, or wellness branding.
