Qualifications and Skills:

- Master's degree in Fine Arts or related field with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in art education.
- Proficiency in various painting techniques, including but not limited to acrylics, watercolors, oils, and mixed media.
- Strong artistic skills and a diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in different styles and mediums.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Creative and innovative approach to teaching art, with the ability to adapt instruction to meet the needs of individual students.
- Dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to explore their artistic potential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Designing and delivering comprehensive Painting lessons for students following the curriculum guidelines.
- Providing guidance and instruction to students in various painting techniques, mediums, and styles.
- Encouraging students to explore their creativity and develop their own artistic voice.
- Organizing and supervising art projects, exhibitions, and other related activities.
- Assessing student artwork and providing constructive feedback to support their artistic growth.
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters artistic expression and experimentation.
- Collaborating with colleagues to integrate art across the curriculum and promote interdisciplinary learning experiences.
- Communicating effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and participation in art-related activities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
