Answer Multi-line phones and either direct the caller to the appropriate party or handle the caller’s needs yourself.
- Greet patients upon arrival, and maintain registration process properly in Hard Copy as well as in soft copy.
- For IPD patients obtain insurance information and other necessary data and coordinate with IPD Department as well as concerned department.
- Process payments from patients for OPD as well as IPD if communicated.
- Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients based online enquiry and telephonic call.
- Call patients to remind them of upcoming appointment and to help them schedule testing for off-site services like MRI and CT Scan.
- Provide patients with support and guidance as needed.
- Maintain Ambulance Register and submit the data on daily base to the head of the department.
- Maintain daily admission report and submit it to the department head in the morning.
- Support the IPD department as and when needed to prepare MRD file and register during break hours.
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
