Trident Consulting is looking for a **Azure DevOps Architect** **for one of our clients

**Job Title: Azure DevOps Architect***
**Location: Chennai (Onsite)***
**Type: Contract***

**Responsibilities**:

- **Architect DevOps Solutions**: Design and implement end-to-end DevOps solutions leveraging Azure cloud services, including Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Pipelines, and more.
- **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)**: Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) templates using tools such as ARM templates, Terraform, and PowerShell DSC to automate provisioning and configuration of Azure resources.
- **CI/CD Pipelines**: Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes using Azure Pipelines, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- **Environment Management**: Manage and automate development, testing, staging, and production environments in Azure, ensuring consistency, reliability, and scalability across the software development lifecycle.
- **Monitoring and Optimization**: Implement monitoring and logging solutions using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and other Azure services to proactively identify performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and infrastructure issues.
- **Security and Compliance**: Implement security best practices and compliance standards within Azure environments, including role-based access control (RBAC), network security groups (NSGs), and encryption mechanisms.
- **Collaboration and Communication**: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, system administrators, and project managers to ensure seamless integration and communication throughout the DevOps process.
- **Documentation and Training**: Create technical documentation, best practices, and training materials for DevOps processes, tools, and workflows to facilitate knowledge sharing and enablement within the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Architect, or similar role, with a focus on Azure cloud services.
- Strong proficiency in Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, ARM templates, PowerShell scripting, and other Azure tools and services.
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile software development practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
- Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or related certifications are a plus.
