**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate SMT machines such as **Pick and Place, Reflow Oven, Stencil Printer**, and **AOI (Automated Optical Inspection)**.
- Load/unload components and reels into feeders correctly.
- Monitor machine operations and ensure continuous production flow.
- Assist in PCB loading, unloading, and inspection processes.
- Perform basic machine setup and changeover under supervision.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Report defects or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Complete production reports and shift documentation as required.

**Required Skills & Qualities**:

- Basic understanding of electronics and components (training will be provided).
- Ability to work long hours and stand for extended periods.
- Good eyesight and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Physically fit and able to lift light materials.
- Flexible to work night/day shifts in a 12-hour format.
- Team player with a positive attitude.

**Shift Pattern**:

- **12-hour rotational shifts** (e.g., 8:30 AM - 8:30 PM )
- Weekly off as per company policy
- Overtime as applicable
