**Position: Purchase Executive**

Experience: 4 to 5 Years

Qualification: MBA / B.Sc.

Industry: Chemical Manufacturing

**Salary**: ₹3 LPA to ₹4 LPA

Location:Baddi Himachal Pradesh

Reporting To: RM - Purchase

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Vendor development and management for chemical raw materials, packaging, and consumables.
- Ensuring timely procurement of materials as per production requirements.
- Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms with vendors to optimize costs.
- Prepare purchase orders, manage GRN and ensure smooth documentation.
- Coordinate with stores, production, and accounts teams for purchase-related matters.
- Track inventory levels and ensure minimum stock levels for critical items.
- Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, delivery, and service parameters.
- Stay updated with market trends, new vendors, and alternative materials.
- Support RM Purchase Head in strategic sourcing and procurement planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

**Preferred Skills**:
Strong knowledge of chemical raw materials procurement.

Good negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple vendors and manage purchase cycle independently.

Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
