Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Greet customers warmly and provide a brief introduction to the RoboArena gaming experience.

Assist participants in understanding the games and controls for RC cars, drones, and other activities.

Create an exciting and friendly atmosphere to enhance customer experience.

Game Operations:
Set up and manage gaming equipment before and after customer sessions.

Ensure all equipment is in proper working condition and report issues promptly.

Monitor games to ensure fair play and maintain safety protocols.

Maintenance:
Perform regular checks and basic maintenance of gaming equipment.

Keep the gaming area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Safety Management:
Enforce safety guidelines and ensure participants follow all rules.

Actively address any potential hazards or risks to ensure a safe environment.

Cash Handling & Record-Keeping:
Assist with ticketing and payments as needed.

Maintain records of daily attendance and equipment usage.

Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the gaming experience.

Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Qualification: Minimum 10th/12th pass.

Experience: Prior experience in customer service or gaming setup is a plus but not mandatory.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for gaming and robotics is a bonus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Basic technical skills to manage and troubleshoot equipment.

Flexible and adaptable to different roles and shifts.
