**Role Overview**: The QA Automation Tester will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products by designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts. This role involves close collaboration with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create a seamless testing process and ensure that our software meets the highest standards of quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and execute automated test cases based on user stories, functional requirements, and design specifications.
- Analyze requirements, create test plans, and identify potential risks to software quality.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify automation opportunities and integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Perform functional, regression, performance, and integration testing using automated frameworks.
- Review product code for testability and work closely with developers to improve test coverage and efficiency.
- Investigate, track, and report defects and issues, collaborating with developers to resolve them.
- Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and defects.
- Continuously improve automation processes and frameworks to ensure scalability, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Stay current with the latest trends in test automation tools, methodologies, and best practices.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a QA Automation Tester, Software Test Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or Ruby.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress).
- Familiarity with test management and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, or Jira.
- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with cloud-based testing environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) frameworks such as Cucumber.
- Experience in performance testing and API testing using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or RestAssured.
- Knowledge of security testing principles and practices
