1. Branch Operations: Manage the portfolio of Gold Loan.

2. Handle all the branch level activities for ensuring business growth including but not limited to customer documentation, customer KYC as per company policy.

3. Loan against Gold Jewellery ( i.e Loan Application form, sanction letter) checking as per laid down guidelines. Interaction with customers & customer service.

4. Follow up with customers regarding promotion of business and recovery of gold loan. To clear all issues regarding gold loan sanction with customer.

5. To support the Marketing activity. Encourage B2B sales activity through routine visits & meeting them in person. Also tracking daily business and monthly portfolio improvement.

6. Promotion: Take continuous efforts to promote the brand through Tele-calling, developing & organizing marketing events i.e. BTL activation & market competitive schemes.

7. Execute action plan for branding & business development & ensure its completion

8. Support Manager for Marketing strategy in consultation to achieve the business goals by developing & maintaining cordial relations with current and prospect customer.
