**Job Summary**:
The Follow-up Specialist for Elevator Execution and Clients is responsible for ensuring smooth communication between the project teams and clients, coordinating elevator installation, repair, and maintenance projects, and addressing any client concerns or inquiries. The role requires a proactive approach to managing project timelines, ensuring client satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Communication & Follow-up**:

- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the elevator execution process.
- Follow up with clients to confirm project timelines, ensure their satisfaction, and address any questions or concerns.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their project (installation, maintenance, or repair).
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and project progress.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Collaborate with internal teams (engineers, technicians, and project managers) to ensure smooth execution of elevator projects.
- Ensure that all parties are aligned on project milestones and deadlines.
- Monitor the progress of elevator execution, ensuring all steps are completed as per the project plan.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Address any client issues or escalations related to elevator installation or performance.
- Liaise with the technical team to resolve any challenges or delays that may affect project timelines.
- Provide quick and effective solutions to maintain client satisfaction and minimize downtime.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Ensure that all client communications, project updates, and follow-up actions are properly documented.
- Prepare regular reports on project status, client feedback, and any pending follow-ups.
- Track and monitor project KPIs and client satisfaction metrics.
- **Post-Installation Follow-up**:

- Conduct post-installation follow-ups to ensure clients are satisfied with the final product and service.
- Gather client feedback and insights to continuously improve service delivery.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles, project coordination, or operations, preferably within the elevator or construction industry.
- Experience in managing multiple projects and handling escalations efficiently.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of elevator systems or willingness to learn technical aspects.
- Proficiency in project management software and CRM tools.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

**Work Environment**:

- Office-based with occasional visits to client sites as required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to meet client demands and project timelines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
