We are hiring Admission Counsellor for Mysore location.

Position - Admission Counsellor (female)

Experience - 2 to 4 yrs

Location - Mysore

Salary - 20k to 30k

Position Overview: The Tele Calling Executive will play a key role in expanding the institute’s outreach and

Admissions, fostering industry partnerships, enhancing student placement opportunities, and promoting

mindset, and a passion for the agri-food sector.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound & Inbound Calls:
Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents to promote courses and programs.

Handle inbound inquiries, providing accurate information about admissions, fees, and

eligibility.

2. Lead Generation & Follow-ups:
Identify potential students and maintain a database of leads.

3. Counseling & Support:
Guide callers on course details, career prospects, and admission procedures.

Address objections and concerns effectively to encourage enrollment.

4. Data Management:
Update and maintain CRM records with call logs, feedback, and lead status.

Provide daily/weekly reports on call performance and conversions.

5. Coordination with Admissions Team:
Collaborate with the marketing and admissions team to improve outreach strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma (required); Bachelor’s degree preferred.

6 months-2 years of experience in Tele calling, customer support, or sales (education sector

preferred).

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

Proficiency in English and [local language(s)].

Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
