**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Design and produce graphics for a variety of projects, including our website, digital courses, promotional materials, and corporate identity.
- Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to create effective design solutions for both digital and print media.
- Utilize user research feedback to inform UI/UX design decisions, enhancing the learning experience for our students.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in design tools and technology to ensure the highest quality and relevance of our design work.
- Manage multiple design projects from conception to completion, adhering to tight deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of relevant work experience in graphic design, preferably within the edtech or related sectors.
- A strong portfolio that showcases a wide range of graphic design skills, including UI/UX design projects.
- Proficiency in design software and technologies, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), CorelDRAW, Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- Capable of presenting design concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
- A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in UI/UX design, with a thorough understanding of user
- centered design principles, will be highly regarded.

Pay: ₹850,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
