1)Strong command over the Quantitative Aptitude and an ability to effectively utilize short cuts and tricks

for the topic

2)Strong reasoning abilities along with effective communication skills to engage and

clarify any topic related doubts

3)Effectively utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning

tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training program

4)Proficiently navigate and use the university LMS

5)Create or upload content on university LMS

6)Create and deliver sessions on the university LMS and other open source

platforms

7)Download grade books and assessment records from university LMS

8)Create content-enriched, professional, corporate PowerPoint

presentations

9)Draft word documents which could contribute to the Personality Development & English Content development and/or information about the university/department

10)Make error-free excel sheets for attendance or assessment

11)Create Microsoft Teams, upload content and deliver sessions on MS

Teams

12)Mark online attendance on university portal

14)Schedule and deliver online sessions as & when required
