**We’re Hiring: UI/UX Designer (Figma)**

Are you passionate about creating intuitive, beautiful, and user-centered designs? We’re looking for a talented **UI/UX Designer** with experience in **Figma** to help us craft seamless digital experiences.

**Location**: Sector 74, Mohali
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: 1.5+ years preferred

**What You’ll Do**:

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring concepts to life
- Conduct user research, create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Iterate designs based on feedback and data

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Proficiency in **Figma** (design systems, prototyping, auto-layout, etc.)
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects
- Good understanding of user-centered design and responsive design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

**Bonus Points If You**:

- Have experience with motion design or micro-interactions
- Are familiar with HTML/CSS basics
- Have worked in agile product teams
