A Gym Trainer is responsible for delivering safe and effective exercise programming, instruction and education to gym members. They provide individual and group instruction, develop customised fitness plans, and ensure that all safety protocols are followed. Gym Trainers should have an understanding of anatomy and exercise physiology, as well as knowledge of nutrition and diet. They should have strong communication and customer service skills and be able to motivate and encourage clients. Duties and Responsibilities - Develop and implement safe and effective exercise plans for clients - Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress - Educate clients on proper form, technique and safety protocols - Demonstrate exercises and teach correct techniques - Provide motivation and encouragement to clients - Maintain client records and develop customized fitness plans - Ensure gym equipment is in proper condition - Assist in marketing and promotional activities - Assist in conducting fitness assessments - Assist in maintaining a safe, clean and organized facility - Stay up-to-date on the latest fitness trends and technologies - Uphold professional standards of conduct and ethics - Follow all safety protocols - Maintain industry certifications and continuing education requirements

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
