**Job Title: Jr. Graphic Designer**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop creative concepts and visual assets using **Figma** and Adobe tools.
- Translate briefs into engaging, on-brand digital and print designs.
- Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, and other designers.
- Prepare and present mockups and adapt designs based on feedback.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs and media formats.
- Design marketing materials, UI layouts, packaging, and social media creatives.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting quality and time standards.

**Qualification & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatile design capabilities.
- Proficiency in tools like **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign**, and **Figma**.
- Strong visual storytelling and composition skills.
- Good understanding of **marketing, website design, packaging, corporate branding**, and **multimedia**.
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
