Responsibilities

In this role you will be an integral part of our design team and Marketplaces team, contributing to the visual identity and aesthetics of our products. Your responsibilities include:
**-Graphic Design**:

- Collaborate with the Design Team and other relevant stakeholders to create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for various platforms and products.
- Utilize graphic design software and tools to produce high-quality visual content, including product images, marketing materials, and website graphics.
- Ensure that all graphic designs align with the brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.

**-Project Execution**:

- Support the end-to-end graphic design lifecycle, from conceptualization to execution.
- Prioritize design tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality graphics for various projects.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistency and coherence across all visual elements.

**-Innovation and Trends**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design techniques, and tools to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
- Integrate current design trends into Neeman’s visual communication strategies, keeping the brand visually competitive.

**-Performance Analysis**:

- Work with the design team to evaluate the performance of visual content, considering user engagement and feedback.
- Analyze market trends and user preferences to iterate on design strategies and drive continuous improvement.

**-Competitive Analysis and Creative Brainstorming**:

- Conduct regular analysis of competitor content and creative strategies.
- Brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas to stay ahead in the marketplace.

**Requirements**:

- In-depth knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Familiarity with design software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality design work.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Artistic flair and creativity in graphic design.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Adaptability to evolving design requirements and brand guidelines.
- Strong work ethic and dedication to achieving design excellence.
- Ability to take constructive feedback positively and incorporate it into design revisions.
- Creative mindset with excellent analytical and brainstorming skills.
- Ability to manage and update brand stores effectively.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
