- Carry out the batches in pilot plant following safety noms.
- Collection of Operational data during execution of batches.
- Maintain the BIR/ BPCR/BCR including analytical report during execution of batches.
- Indent the raw material from store as per process requirement.
- Target Zero Accidents & incidents.
- Value addition during scale up activities.
- Monitor consumable item, plant accessories.
- Report & investigate any incident/accident/near miss during execution of Scale up batches.
- Maintain all equipment in Pilot plant
- Maintain all Calibration record, Usage log book, shift report book.
- Maintain Housekeeping in pilot plant
- Follow all safety work system
