**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Product Management**:

- Create, update, and optimize product listings on ecommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
- Manage product inventory, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales.
- Monitor product visibility and resolve issues like delisting or suppressed listings.

**Platform Operations**:

- Ensure smooth operations of online stores, including order processing, payment reconciliation, and customer service.
- Handle the onboarding of new products and categories on ecommerce platforms.
- Maintain compliance with platform policies and guidelines.

**Performance Analysis**:

- Track and analyze sales performance, traffic, and customer behavior data.
- Provide actionable insights to improve conversions and increase sales.
- Create and share weekly and monthly performance reports with key stakeholders.

**Marketing Coordination**:

- Work with the marketing team to execute campaigns, discounts, and promotional strategies.
- Optimize product visibility through SEO, sponsored ads, and keyword research.

**Vendor & Partner Liaison**:

- Communicate with third-party vendors and service providers for logistics, payments, and platform support.
- Build and maintain relationships with platform account managers.

**Customer Experience**:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Monitor product reviews and ratings to identify improvement opportunities.

**Skills & Qualifications:Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in ecommerce platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and ecommerce dashboards.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, including SEO and PPC.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an ecommerce or digital marketing role.
- Hands-on experience in managing ecommerce platforms and campaigns is preferred.
