The Veterinary Support Staff provides essential assistance to veterinarians and veterinary technicians in caring for animal patients and maintaining an organized, efficient, and clean working environment. They ensure that daily operations run smoothly and that patients receive high-quality, compassionate care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist veterinarians during examinations and surgical procedures by restraining animals and preparing necessary equipment.
- Prepare examination rooms by cleaning and setting up instruments and supplies.
- Perform basic animal care tasks such as feeding, bathing, and exercising patients.
- Monitor animals during recovery post-surgery or treatment and report any concerns to veterinarians or technicians.
- Maintain accurate patient records by documenting treatments, observations, and communications.
- Ensure that kennels, treatment areas, and examination rooms are sanitized and stocked.
- Handle administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, and managing client communications as needed.
- Educate clients on basic pet care, medication administration, and post-procedure instructions under veterinary guidance.
- Manage inventory of veterinary supplies and inform supervisors about needs for replenishment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and orderly environment.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Certification in Veterinary Assisting or related field preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in an animal care facility or veterinary practice is an advantage.
- Strong passion for animal care and welfare.
- Good physical stamina; ability to lift animals and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
