Job Title: PGT English Teacher - Female

Qualifications and Skills:

- **Master's degree in English literature, with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree.**:

- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in teaching English at the high school level.
- In-depth knowledge of English literature, grammar, and language acquisition theories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students in the study of English.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and deliver effective lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Creative and innovative approach to teaching, with the ability to incorporate different teaching strategies and resources to enhance student learning.
- Dedication to continuous professional development and staying updated with educational trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Designing and delivering comprehensive English language and literature lessons that align with the curriculum objectives.
- Teaching grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking skills to enhance students' proficiency in English.
- Exploring various literary genres, authors, and works of literature to foster students' critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Facilitating discussions, debates, and creative writing activities to encourage students' expression and interpretation of literary texts.
- Assessing student learning through a variety of methods, including tests, essays, projects, and presentations, and providing constructive feedback.
- Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and motivated to participate actively in their learning.
- Communicating effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
