**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate financial records using **Tally ERP software**:

- Handle **day-to-day bookkeeping**, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
- Manage **accounts payable and receivable**, ensuring timely invoicing and collections
- Prepare and file **GST returns**, **TDS**, and other statutory compliance documents
- Assist in **monthly and annual closing** of accounts, including trial balance and financial statements
- Support **internal and external audits** by providing necessary documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and timely reporting
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime**:

- Strong understanding of **accounting principles** and **bookkeeping practices**:

- Working knowledge of **GST**, **Income Tax**, and **TDS**:

- Excellent command of **MS Excel** and financial reporting tools
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Commerce**, **Accounting**, or **Finance**:

- Certification in **Tally** or accounting software preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role (minimum 2 years)

Pay: ₹10,385.72 - ₹33,457.97 per month
