- Estimate costs and prepare budgets of the Logistic Department.
- Responsible to developing integrated logistics management systems, collaborating with other departments, including sales, marketing, and order management; accounting and shipping.
- Ensure customer orders are completed on time and if any complaints arise then resolve it with personal care.
- Responsible for maintaining each & every documents required for compliances.
- Responsible to maintain the Log register for Supply & chain also maintain Complaint data to indentify the loop holes for betterment.
- Search for New Transportor for Company with Minimum Cost
- Transportation Arrangement & rate Finalization
- Closely work with logistics partners to forecast demand in their markets and build logistics plans to guarantee availability of services, and streamline processes and flow of goods from point of order to delivery..
- Responsible for planning and tracking the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
