Job Title: Business Development Executive

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online bidding platforms.

2. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our services and offerings.

3. Create compelling and persuasive proposals to win IT projects and contracts.

4. Collaborate with the technical team to understand project requirements and provide accurate estimations.

5. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on industry trends.

6. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

7. Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions.

8. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

9. Track and report on business development activities, including leads generated, proposals submitted, and contracts won.

10. Stay updated on industry best practices and competition to identify new business opportunities.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven track record of successfully winning IT business proposals on online bidding platforms.

3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling proposals and interact effectively with clients.

4. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

5. Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

7. Knowledge of IT industry trends and technologies.

8. Familiarity with online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.

9. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.

10. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
