**About The Marriage Fit**:
The Marriage Fit is the Bangalore-based Psychological clinic and counseling center for Relationship guidance. We focus exclusively on relationship problems in marriage, Family and Individual also we do counseling for Mental Health, reaching hundreds of couples and individuals on a daily basis.

The Social Media Marketing Intern will play an active role in the development of our online community. The intern will maintain the company's presence on various social media platforms and help create and publish content that is relevant to our customer base. They will regularly analyze and report on the activity on social media networks as well as the company website.

**Responsibilities**:

- Content Creation: Assist in creating and implementing campaigns. Develop content calendars on a weekly and monthly basis. Create engaging blog and social media content.
- Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and editorial calendar to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging.
- Analytics: Prepare weekly updates and reports to track growth and success rates of campaigns. Keep up to date and informed on new social media trends and adapt accordingly. Ensure proper messaging is being executed online.
- Research: Regularly observe the online activity of model organizations' researches and reports on “social media best practices”.
- Community Engagement: Assist with social media engagement by responding to customer inquiries and comments.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- In-depth working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google+.
- Experience with social media analytics, including Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop.

**Education**:
Currently enrolled undergraduate student studying sales, marketing, or communications.

**Experience**:
Prior experience with the same role is preferred.

**Skills**:

- Strong multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with social media strategies and platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
