**Position Title**:Registrar**

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Master’s degree in any discipline (Administration, Management, or Law preferred).
- Minimum 6 years of academic administration experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with **FRA, AICTE, E-Samarth, MAHACET, DTE, ARA, AISHE, MahaDBT, University DU portals**:

- Strong knowledge of AICTE, DTE, and university regulations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and online reporting tools.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Academic & Administrative Management**
- Manage student admissions, enrolments, examinations, results, and certification processes.
- Maintain accurate academic records, transcripts, and related documents.

**2. Statutory Compliance & Portal Operations**:

- Ensure timely and accurate data entry, reporting, and compliance across:

- **FRA Portal** - Fee Regulation Authority submissions.
- **AICTE Portal** - Approvals, annual reports, and mandatory disclosures.
- **E-Samarth Portal** - Higher education data management.
- **MAHACET Portal** - State CET admission process.
- **DTE Admission Portal** - Directorate of Technical Education admission updates.
- **ARA Portal** - Admission Regulating Authority compliance.
- **AISHE Portal** - All India Survey on Higher Education submissions.
- **University DU Portal** - Affiliated university exam and administrative data.
- **MahaDBT Portal**

**3. Governance & Liaison**:

- Coordinate with AICTE, DTE, universities, and government departments for all academic and administrative matters.
- Prepare and maintain agendas, minutes, and records for statutory meetings such as Governing Council and Academic Council.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
