Tally Caller

As a Tally Caller, you will support the team in various administrative tasks, including but not limited to handling calls, recording data, and ensuring that all information is entered into the system accurately. You will need to work efficiently and communicate effectively with both clients and team members.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make and receive calls as part of tallying or tracking customer information, orders, or services.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the Tally system.
- Assist in verifying the accuracy of customer data and transactions.
- Record and update all required details during calls, such as names, contact information, and relevant notes.
- Respond to client inquiries or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor and manage call logs, ensuring no data is missing or misentered.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that all tally information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer data in compliance with privacy policies and company guidelines.
- Prepare and submit daily or weekly reports on call activity and data accuracy.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role or working with data entry systems like Tally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when entering and managing data.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with Tally software is highly desirable.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 days

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
