- Lead and manage all academic and administrative functions of the college.
- Ensure compliance with INC, State Nursing Council, and Health Department norms.
- Supervise the development and implementation of curriculum and training programs for ANM students.
- Guide faculty recruitment, development, and performance evaluation.
- Maintain discipline, academic integrity, and a student-centric environment on campus.
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies for inspections, affiliations, renewals, and audits.
- Ensure proper conduct of internal assessments, university examinations, and practical training.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, healthcare centers, and community health partners for clinical training and placements.
- Promote research, workshops, and community outreach initiatives.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and documentation as required by governing bodies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹96,039.82 per month
