We are seeking a **Senior SEO/SEM Expert** to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute tests, analyze data, and identify trends to maximize ROI in paid search campaigns.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics, PPC initiatives, and campaigns.
- Manage campaign expenses, stay within budget, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
- Research and implement SEO recommendations.
- Analyze competitor advertising links and develop effective link-building strategies.
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into newly developed code.
- Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and programming.
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, and linking to improve SEO rankings for target keywords.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Proven experience in SEO.
- Experience managing PPC campaigns across platforms like Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion tracking, and customer acquisition.
- Proficient in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite).
- Familiar with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development constraints.
- Solid understanding of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
- Up-to-date with the latest SEO and SEM trends.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative, test-driven field.
