Job Description

Title: Generative AI and Automation Expert

Job Responsibilities

1. AI Integration:

- Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and identify opportunities for AI integration.
- Design, develop, and implement generative AI models tailored to the edtech sector.
- Ensure AI models are scalable and maintainable.

2. Automation:

- Develop and deploy automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
- Work on automating routine tasks and workflows within different departments.

3. Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including educators, product managers, and developers, to integrate AI solutions.
- Provide training and support to staff on the use of AI tools and technologies.

4. Research and Development:

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and automation technologies.
- Experiment with new AI models and techniques to continuously improve the company's offerings.

5. Data Management:

- Ensure the effective collection, storage, and analysis of data used for AI models.
- Maintain data privacy and security in compliance with relevant regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field from a reputed institution.
- Experience:

- Proven experience in AI integration and automation, preferably in the edtech sector.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and generative models.
- Skills:

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in the edtech sector.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Familiarity with educational technologies and tools.
