**Job Role Overview**:
We are looking for a smart, dedicated, and energetic **Female Academic Counselor & Student Coordinator** who is passionate about guiding students, managing academics, and ensuring a seamless learning experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interact with prospective students and parents to provide course and career guidance.
- Manage walk-ins, leads, and follow-ups through calls and messages.
- Coordinate with faculty and students to ensure smooth academic operations.
- Maintain student databases, attendance, and records.
- Assist in promotional and admission campaigns.
- Front desk management and appointment coordination.
- **Gender**: Female (mandatory)
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in academic counseling, coordination, or a related field.
- **Languages**: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Well-organized, friendly, and confident personality.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced academic environment.

**Salary & Benefits**:
