**JD FOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE** Vibrant Securities is a leading Mumbai based financial services company with proven expertise and offering services in Stock Broking, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, Securities Lending & Borrowing (SLB), Corporate Fixed Deposits and Stock Market Training to corporate, high net worth individuals and retail clients. Currently, we have an urgent opening for "**Accounts Executive**" for Fort, Mumbai location **Position**: Accounts Executive **Experience**: Minimum 03- 04 years **Location**: Fort, Mumbai Timing : 9am to 6pm Salary : 20,000/ - **Contact Person: Smruti Dalvi** - Checking journal ledger, passing entries in books of accounts, finalizing books of accounts and preparing financial statements - Coordinating with banks and exchanges - Experience of TDS payments and returns filing - Experience of GST payments and returns - Experience of internet banking for the payments - Experience of ROC - Assisting auditor in internal and statutory audits. - Annual submission of Accounts, Networth and Annual Global Statement - Yearly inspection of NSE/BSE - Processing payments for Rent, Professional fees, Salary and managing PF, TDS, LWF payments - Monitoring respective Fixed deposits and BG’s for renewal - Experience in Income Tax return - Financial return filling *Adequate job specific training will be provided while on-boarding. **Skills required**: - Strong inter-personal and coordination skills - Strong Communication skills (Written and Verbal) - Knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Tally - **Experience in Charted Accountant firm is preferred** - Bachelor's degree in Commerce/ Finance or a related field Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Food provided Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental pay types: - Yearly bonus **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Taxation: 2 years (preferred) - total work: 2 years (preferred) **Language**: - English (preferred) License/Certification: - Tally (preferred) Work Location: In person
