**Experience**:2+ years

**Qualification** : Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.

**Location**: Nashik, Canada Corner

**Salary**: 20-25k
- Create and edit high-quality, engaging short-form videos (reels) tailored for social media platforms, particularly Instagram and other platform's.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and develop ideas for reels that align with our brand’s goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in short-form video content, incorporating new techniques and trends into our reels.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Optimize reels for maximum engagement, including the use of captions, music, and effects.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of reels, making data-driven decisions to improve content strategy.
- Participate in creative meetings and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our social media presence.

**Skill**:

- Proven experience in video production, with a strong portfolio of reels or short-form videos.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or mobile apps like InShot, CapCut).

**Experience**:

- Reel Maker: 2 years (preferred)
- Social Media: 1 year (preferred)
