**Job Title: Business Development & Sales Executive - Real Estate**
**Location: Gurgaon / Delhi NCR**
**Experience: 1-5 Years**
**Salary: Fixed + Attractive Incentives**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, and walk-ins
- Pitch luxury real estate projects (Residential & Commercial) to clients
- Conduct property presentations and coordinate site visits
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential buyers
- Negotiate and close high-ticket property deals
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain CRM data and generate sales reports
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of real estate or sales experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage HNI clients and investment-driven buyers
- Own vehicle preferred (for site visits)
