- Experience of 5 to 10 years either as Headmistress or Vice Principal or Principal.
- Responsible as a member on the Leadership team for drafting strategy and driving execution of the strategies.
- Accountable to create annual operating plans for the assigned segments.
- Responsible to review, guide, and mentor coordinators.
- Responsible to cultivate a healthy level of working relationship within the team.
- Reviews reports of segment coordinators to monitor academic services in the segments.
- Quality of delivery of the academic services to be reviewed and initiates corrective actions.
- Responsible to regularly meet parents to gauge parent expectations and satisfaction.
- Accountable for interface with the CBSE.
- Should have exposure of interacting with Board of Governors and presenting school performance report.
- Assisting with recruitment, training, and onboarding of all new staff.
- Planning and organizing school events and field trips as well as assisting with various committees.
- Sitting in on disciplinary hearings and providing advice for at-risk students.

Pay: From ₹90,000.00 per month
