Echo Coordinator

Responsibilities:
1. Performs clinical assessment and diagnostic sonography/ECHO examinations
2. Uses cognitive skills to identify, record and adapt procedures as appropriate to anatomical, pathological, diagnostic information and images
3. Uses independent judgment during the ECHO exam to accurately differentiate between normal and pathologic findings
4. Analyses; sonograms, synthesize sonographic information, medical history, and communicates findings to the appropriate physician
5. Assumes responsibility for the safety, mental and physical comfort of patients while they are in the physician’s care Title:
6. Assists with the daily operations of the ECHO & sonography
7. Maintains a daily log of patients seen/completes exam billing forms
8. Participates in the maintenance of departmental accreditation
9. Performs all requested ECHO/sonographic examinations as ordered by the attending physician
10. Prepares preliminary reports and contacts referring physicians when required, according to established procedures
11. Coordinates with other staff to assure appropriate patient care is provided
12. Addresses problems of patient care as they arise and makes decisions to appropriately resolve the problems
13. Organizes daily work schedule and performs related clerical duties as required
14. Assumes responsibility for the safety and well-being of all patients in the ECHO/sonographic area/department
15. Reports equipment failures to the appropriate supervisor or staff member
16. Provides in-service education team on requirements of ECHO & sonographic procedures as requested by other members of the health care team
17. Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification: Graduation must
Skills: Good Communication Skills & Computer Proficiency & Typing
Experience: Previous experience of Report Typing
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
