Rolls & Responsibilities

Preparation: Assist in cutting, shaping, and preparing materials for fabrication. Tool Handling: Safely use and maintain tools and equipment, such as saws, drills, and welding machines. Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the work area clean and organized, and assist in routine maintenance of tools and machines. Collaboration: Work closely with fabricators, engineers, and other team members to ensure smooth operations. Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Training and Learning: Continuously learn about fabrication techniques and safety practices t

**Skills**:
1. Learn to accurately measure materials using tape measures.

2. Basic knowledge of welding (MIG, TIG, stick) can be very beneficial.

3. Understand different materials (metals, plastics, wood) and include how to select the right material for a project.

4. Must know personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe operation of tools.

5. : Learn how to assemble parts correctly, including using fasteners and adhesives.

6. Work effectively with others, as fabrication often requires collaboration.

7. Cultivate a keen eye for detail to ensure quality and precision in your work.

8. Strengthen math skills for measurements, calculations, and conversions.
