**Job Summary**:
We are hiring for a passionate and innovative **Motion Graphic Designer** to bring our ideas to life through motion design and animation. This role is ideal for a creative thinker with a strong understanding of design trends and motion graphics who can conceptualize, design, and execute animations that captivate and engage audiences. You will play a critical role in producing visually compelling content across various media platforms while maintaining the brand’s identity and vision.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and animate high-quality motion graphics, including logos, transitions, infographics, and promotional videos, for a variety of media platforms.
- Provide one-on-one and group support to trainees, answering questions and troubleshooting design and technical challenges.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and software updates to ensure that training content is relevant and aligned with current practices.
- Work closely with creative directors and team members to develop design concepts and visual storytelling strategies that meet project goals and objectives.
- Edit video footage, adding motion graphic elements, special effects, sound, and transitions to create cohesive and visually compelling final products.
- Create storyboards to outline animation sequences and communicate the visual flow of projects to clients and team members.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of experience in motion graphics design, animation, or video production (a strong portfolio is essential).

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects
- Premiere Pro
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Coral Draw.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
