**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all girl students in the hostel.
- Maintain discipline and enforce hostel rules and regulations.
- Supervise daily routines such as attendance, curfews, and cleanliness.
- Act as the first point of contact for students in case of emergencies or concerns.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff.
- Keep proper records of hostel occupancy, student complaints, and inventory.
- Provide mentorship and support for students’ academic and personal concerns.
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures and documentation.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (preferably with experience in student management).
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in a similar role in a school, college, or university hostel.
- **Age Limit**: Preferably below 45 years.
- **Language**: Fluency in Gujarati and basic English communication.

**Experience**:

- Girls Hostel warden: 1 year (preferred)
