Main Responsibilities:

- Understand the civil & electrical plans provided by customer and implement the same at field.
- Monitor/manage field expenses request within allocated budget.
- He will be responsible for field execution cost management, ensure the work completion ASAP within the given budget
- Motivates team for continuous improvement and achievement of maximum performance
- Maintain understanding of our specifications, standard practices, and safety
- Conduct a weekly audit for each team of their safety, construction, and quality practices

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Telecommunication: 1 year (preferred)
- Supervising: 3 years (preferred)
