We are seeking a motivated and proactive Field Executive to join our team. **Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**:

- Conduct on-site visits to potential clients to introduce our digital marketing services.
- Engage in face-to-face meetings to understand client needs, explain our offerings, and build rapport.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Implement field marketing strategies to generate leads and create brand awareness.
- Distribute marketing materials, attend industry events, and network within the local business community.
- **Product Demonstrations**:

- Provide live demonstrations of our digital marketing solutions to showcase their effectiveness.
- Address client inquiries and objections, emphasizing the value of our services.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular on-site check-ins.
- Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
- **Market Intelligence**:

- Gather insights on local market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.
- Report findings to the marketing and sales teams to inform strategy adjustments.
- **Client Onboarding**:

- Assist clients in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to our digital marketing services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client requirements and expectations.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and on-site activities.
- Provide regular reports on field activities, lead generation, and client engagement.
- **Training and Support**:

- Provide training and support to clients on using our digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Act as a resource for clients, addressing queries and ensuring a positive user experience.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing or business is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in a field-based role, preferably in sales or customer relations.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and services is advantageous.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- **Tech-Savvy**:

- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for client presentations and reporting.

**Salary**: ₹8,920.78 - ₹27,361.47 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
