**Job Requirements**
- **Responsible for the Yield Improvement initiatives for all the deliverables**:
**_** Identify areas where yield loss occurs, whether due to material, process, or equipment failures.

**_** Implement process improvements such as adjusting machine settings, optimizing raw material use, and improving quality control processes.
- Work with design, engineering, and operations teams to identify and implement yield improvement strategies.
- Establish tracking systems for monitoring yield over time and ensure consistent improvements.
- **Eliminating people pain points and bottle neck areas by customized machine building along with maintenance and vendors**:
**_** Conduct time studies and process flow analyses to identify bottlenecks in production and areas causing delays.

**_** Collaborate with vendors to source or build necessary components and machinery based on requirements.

**_** Develop prototypes of the custom machines and test them in real-world production conditions to validate performance.

**_** Work with maintenance teams to establish preventive maintenance routines for the new machines to reduce downtime.
- **100% implementation of process control measures**:

- Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure uniformity in production and quality control measures.
- Implement automated systems to monitor key variables like temperature, speed, and quality in real time.
- Use statistical process control (SPC) tools to analyse and control process variations.
- Keep detailed records of process control measures and ensure easy traceability for accountability.
- **Process capability enhancement**:

- Assess current process capabilities using process capability indices like CTP, CTQ, and others to understand areas for improvement
- Identify factors limiting process performance, including machine limitations, raw material inconsistencies, or operator skill gaps.
- Invest in high-performance equipment or modify existing machines to enhance capability.
- Conduct experimental studies to understand the relationship between process inputs and outputs, optimizing for better performance.

Develop standardized work instructions to ensure processes are consistently followed and enhanced over time.
- **Development of Jigs and Fixtures to Shorten Delivery Timelines**:

- Review existing production workflows and identify areas where jigs and fixtures can improve efficiency.
- Design and prototype custom jigs and fixtures for specific production tasks, ensuring they improve speed and accuracy.
- Analyse results and modify designs as needed to further shorten delivery timelines.
- **Automotive-Focused Jewellery Manufacturing**:

- Study the latest automotive trends
- Source materials that are suitable for both automotive design features
- Implement for the production

**Work Experience**
- Any Diploma Degree
- 3-5 years Specific Work experience in Process Automation/R&D/Maintenance
- Expertise in Robotics, Machine Building
