**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or leads.
- Introduce and explain our products/services to potential customers.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our offerings and address customer queries.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during calls to leave a favorable impression on customers.
- Keep detailed records of interactions, feedback, and outcomes in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on warm leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and sales conversion.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Continuously improve communication skills and sales techniques through training and feedback.
