- Qualification: B. Sc. Chemistry/Diploma in Chemical from recognized university.- Experience: Min. 1 to 3 years in a MSI/LSI of Specialty Chemicals, Organic Chemicals.- Soft Skills: Positive Attitude, Value & Respect, Team Player, Work Ethics, Creativity,- Technical Skills, leadership qualities.- Job Description/Technical Competency:
- Start the productions batches as per POCP.
- Control the process as per POCP.
- Maintaining the records of process in data sheet.
- Proper reporting related process and Equipment.
- Control of non-confirming products.
- Ensuring in process inspection of the products.
- Housekeeping of Equipment’s and plant area.
- Salary/Probation:
- Trainee Period: 12 Month- Increment: Based on Performance after completion of 12 months trainee period and later yearly- increment based on performance i.e. appr. 10% to 15% rise.
